By accessing or using Zodria's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Zodria reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Service
Zodria provides a numerology calculation platform offering free and premium readings based on Chaldean numerology methodology combined with Vedic remedy guidance. Our services include Life Path, Expression, Soul Urge, Love Compatibility, and Personal Year calculators, as well as premium reports delivered by email.
3. Entertainment and Educational Purpose
Zodria's numerology readings and Vedic remedy suggestions are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional advice — medical, financial, legal, or otherwise. Zodria makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose of any numerological readings.
4. User Accounts and Credits
You may create a free account to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Credits purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment and Refunds
Premium reports are subject to a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits are consumed. All purchases are processed securely through our payment providers. Zodria reserves the right to modify pricing with notice to users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Zodria, including but not limited to text, calculations, interpretations, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Zodria or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zodria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
